Terms and Conditions

  • This contract contains terms agreed by client(s) and WRS Ltd. Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
  • The client(s) agree to confirm the event 1 week in advance and to provide the WRS Ltd with any changes 1 week in advance. The client agrees to be responsible for additional charges if applicable.
  • The client agrees that WRS Ltd will begin the work and end the works at the times specified in the contract.
  • WRS Ltd are not responsible and give no warranty for the fitness plans or advice
  • If WRS Ltd is forced to cancel the order due to conditions beyond his or her control, the Company will secure a replacement if possible. If a replacement cannot be found, the Company shall have limited liability in the form of returning all payments.

Terms and Conditions of Booking Personal Trainers

General

  • Personal Training ’10 Blocks’ packages will expire 10 weeks from your first purchase date
  • Exercise levels will be progressive and regulated by the trainer
  • By agreeing to participate in WRS Ltd you are agreeing to follow the guidelines set out by your trainer throughout the duration of the training program.
  • A minimum 24 hour cancellation policy applies to scheduled sessions
  • Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client
  • If your personal trainer is absent due to holiday or sickness, that session will be covered by a trainer of the same or higher level. If this is not possible, your session will be refunded or rescheduled.
  • If a session is cancelled within 24 hours by the personal trainer, a complementary session will be offered. The cancellation policy will be adhered to in all cases.
  • Sessions will last up to 1 hour unless otherwise stated and shall start at the scheduled time
  • Sessions will not be extended due to lateness of the client or due to interruptions caused by the client
  • Refunds will not be given due to illness, injury or non participation.
  • We offer a refund to customers if they've told us within 14 days of receiving their services that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the service once they've told us. We refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the cancellation back.
